Tropical Storm Sara made landfall along the northeast coast of Honduras late Thursday night with winds of 45 mph. Catastrophic flash flooding and mudslides are expected to continue through the weekend for Honduras,

The NHC downgraded the storm to a Tropical Depression, and said it expects it to weaken as it moves toward Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula.
