Three hours north of where a troop of monkeys escaped a lab earlier this month, two female emus, Thelma and Louise, are on the loose in South Carolina.

Two 'feral' emus escaped from their owner and are 'on the loose' in Horry County, S.C., according to reports. Local authorities said the flightless birds do not pose a risk to the community.
