At the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 13.1 points, or 0.03%, to 43,431.89. The S&P 500 rose 3.6 points, or 0.06%, to 5,874.17, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 37.8 points, or 0.20%, to 18,717.933.
