Italy are into the final of the Billie Jean King Cup for the second straight year after beating Poland 2-1, thanks to Jasmine Paolini's inspired display.

Iga Swiatek won in singles and doubles to lead Poland's 2-1 comeback against Czechia in the Billie Jean King Cup on Saturday. Poland will play Italy in the semifinals.
